  When my husband, Eldon Allen, passed away. Cattermole walked me and my husband's family through the entire process. Jeff was able to complete the necessary paperwork for my husband to have his well deserved military flag, and had the veterans from the VFW Centralia chapter do the 21 gun salute. Cattermole was very professional, and did not hesitate to listen what we wanted for my husband, and the items he wanted to buried with. Thank you for being so comforting during our family's mourning.

  Jeff is one of the best guys! He's very kind and makes sure you are happy with everything. I have had services there as far back as my grandmother in 95' and the most recents, my mom in 2012 & my uncle Johnny 4/26/14 who was his caretaker for so many years. Jeff is easy to talk to and makes sure you are comfortable with the outcome of your needs. Thank you, Jeff and staff.

  I am a local business owner and have interacted with Jeff at the funeral home many times and he and his staff have always been professional and compassionate. I also used him to arrange transportation for my own father to Idaho and that was a very positive experience. Thank you for being there I really appreciate you.

  I am so grateful to Jeff. My mom Mary died unexpectedly last September. I had money at the time thank god so money wasn't a problem. Jeff never came off as in it for the money. Thank you Jeff so much some day I plan to take my moms ashes back to him for blue diamond(-:

  My father died last March (2008) and we were fortunate enough to have Jeff at Cattermole Funeral Home handle all of the arrangements. He went above and beyond what you would have expected. It is obvious he enjoys helping people who are depending on him at one of the most difficult stages in their life. I was amazed at his optimistic and uplifting countenance. Thanks Again Jeff... The Casey family....
